We remove viruses from USB flash drives and try to prevent any data from being corrupted or damaged during the process. We can also unhide files that were hidden by a virus.
BACKUP DATA

This involves backing up your data on your hard drive to a server hard drive. It will be stored for no more than 2 months. When the repairs are done on the computer then it will be transferred back to the original hard drive for you to use again.
PC BOOK IN

This is a fee charged for examining the PC by a technician to see what the problem is. This takes time, and sometimes we have to open components and inspect integrity.
CREATE A NEW USER

Sometimes the user login of Windows breaks and you cannot log in. We delete and create a new user account and copy the data from the old one to the new one.
ERROR CHECK

Error check your Hard Drive and remove any errors and then Defrag, Disk Check, Disk Clean, and Registry Scans your computer.
INSTALL DRIVERS

LAPTOP STRIPWARE

We build the hard drive out to scan for malware and viruses. The reason for this is that some viruses cannot be detected when Windows is running. The hard drive is built back in and scanned again with Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware software. The software used is free but purchased software is available.
BLOW OUT PC

Blow out the PC with an Air Compressor and clean the outside of the PC. We also check for damaged capacitors and stalled fans.
GHOST CLONE A HARD DRIVE
